Xtra! West (ISSN 1198-0613) is a lesbian and gay newspaper, on newsprint in tabloid format, published by Pink Triangle Press in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. It is a sister publication to Xtra!.

Xtra! West was founded in 1993, with the first issue with a cover date of 1993 August 27. It has become Vancouver's largest and most widely read fortnightly publication targeting Vancouver's gay community. Xtra! West has a current circulation of 30,000 copies and reach 54,000 readers.

The publication's offices are located in the Davie Village neighbourhood, Vancouver's gay village.

The managing editor is Robin Perelle.
