The Nevada Gay Rodeo Association is the gay rodeo association for the majority of the state of Nevada. It was founded in 1992, and was seated that same year. It succeeded the earlier Silver State Gay Rodeo Association (SSGRA), which was formed in 1987 but dissolved soon afterward.
It held governance over the entire state, including Washoe County, from the time that the Comstock Gay Rodeo Association was dissolved in 1984 until the organization of the High Sierra Rodeo Association in 2003.
The NGRA organizes the BigHorn Rodeo, which has been held since 1996 without interruption.
