Similar to the situation with the fem- prefix on the Gynesexual page (see talk page for Gynesexual), I could not find a reliable source for masc- (mascsexual and mascromantic) as an alternate prefix for andro-. There are a number of social media and shopping sources, but nothing formal, and anyways it seems andro- is the preferred prefix for this type of attraction. If anyone can find more appropriate sources for mascsexual/mascromantic, please feel free to add them in, thank you! --DragonMarquise (talk) 20:14, 5 September 2022 (UTC)

So would this be exclusive, primarily, not primarily, or any of those?

Would this always be exclusive attraction? PalkiaHere1 (talk) 22:44, 6 September 2022 (UTC)

@PalkiaHere1 this term is used to denominate/group the monosexualities of heterosexual women and homosexual men, together/along with androsexual non-binary people. However, just as homo-/hetero-, they don't need to be exclusive. Many times homo- is used grouping bisexuals together with exclusively same-gender attracted people. So this could happen with andro-, being used similar to the neolabel mascic umbrella term. It's polysemous Kautr (talk) 03:17, 7 September 2022 (UTC)

To add onto this conversation (and linked to the one on the female variant of this), are there resources that are in English that confirm the additional prefixes? If we are claiming these terms are used in the English language, we should have resources that reflect that. Using a different language to support something in English doesn't make sense.
